Memoirs of a Geisha

It's about a young girl living from poverty to a dream job - being a Geisha. Sakamoto Chiyo and her sister, Satsu are separated from there parents. Chiyo and Satsu are taken to a place in Kyoto, Gion. As she lived there, she was living in a okiya, while her sister lives in another. An okiya is a home from a Geisha. While living, she went to school to learn how to dance like a geisha.
